Hotel Accommodations: To make hotel reservations, contact Brasstown Valley Resort at 800.201.3205. A limited number of rooms have been reserved until August 21 at event rates of $146.00 (single plus tax per night). Please ask for the GRHA conference rate. Ask about cottages if you want to have additional space to visit with friends.

The deadline for receipt of print ads and logos is Monday, August 19. All print ads must be camera ready. Camera ready art meets the following criteria:

  1. Accepted Artwork: PDF, EPS* or TIF all in a printer approved quality (300 dpi or better)
  2. Unacceptable formats: Word, Quark, PageMaker, Publisher, or JPG files
  3. All text in EPS files are to be set to curves with linked art to accompany job
  4. All customer ads to be in GRHA approved program colors (s)
  5. Note: Any adjustments/corrections of customer’s provided work will be charged an additional $80.00 per hour.
